Bio
A driven graduate of Sheridan College Bachelor of Film and Tv Program and former President of Sheridan Women in Film and Television, with a passion for film production and digital communication. My work centres on crafting compelling stories through both documentary and narrative media while managing collaborative creative teams from concept through final delivery.
Throughout my academic and professional experience, I have developed a strong foundation in production leadership, visual storytelling, and post-production workflows. I have worked across multiple roles, including producer, director, casting director, assistant director, editor, transmedia producer and post production supervisor allowing me to understand the creative and logistical demands of filmmaking from every stage of production.
My education at Sheridan has allowed me to contribute to a wide range of collaborative student film productions in various roles. These projects have strengthened my skills in production management, directing teams, and creative problem-solving contributing to both documentary and narrative storytelling. I aim to build a career in media and communications where I can develop meaningful content and lead projects that inspire audiences and amplify diverse voices.
My internship took place at Sheridan College, where I was the Producer for a series of professional short-form training videos for the college.
I was responsible for organizing production meetings, coordinated shoot schedules and crews, assisted in script development, directed on set, and managed the full post-production process.

Professional Film Experience
Alongside my internship, I have built extensive on-set and pre-production as the Casting Director/4th Ad for a company called Buzzflix. Under the supervision of Bill Marks (Executive Producer) and Tony Polito (Producer) I was tasked with creating casting breakdowns, reviewing over 500 applications per film, communicating with agents and creating contracts for actors. With my passion for casting I was thrown in the deep end as the Casting Director for 3 of the 4 feature films we shot in just one summer. It was a tremendous learning opportunity that presented many challenges I had to overcome and as the head of a department fresh out of college, lead my team to success!
My prior experience also includes 3 years as a Director, Videographer and Editor at Bright Idea Films, a production company specializing in wedding videography. Working through all levels of productions including client calls before the events, shooting up to 12 hour days and creating magical videos to reflect the most precious moments.
